Coparent describes Singapore government family schemes. These terms say what it does, what it does not do, and what you are responsible for.

What Coparent is

An information product. It reads published government sources, records what they say with the page and the date they were read on, and works out which of them apply to your family and when.

Every figure and date on screen carries the government page it came from and the date it was checked. Where we could not confirm something, the item says so instead of asserting a value.

What Coparent is not

It is not financial advice, and it is not a substitute for the relevant agency's own guidance. It does not recommend any commercial product.

It never moves money. It never files anything with any agency on your behalf. Every action remains yours to take.

It does not tell you which insurance, bank, school or preschool to choose, and it will decline to if asked.

Accuracy, and its limits

Schemes change, sometimes at a Budget and sometimes at a National Day Rally. We re-verify after both, and an item whose source has not been checked in more than 120 days stops asserting its value and asks to be checked instead.

We may still be wrong. If something looks wrong, there is a control on the item itself to tell us, and it reaches a person.

You are responsible for your own applications and deadlines. Coparent is a prompt, not a guarantee, and we do not accept liability for a benefit missed.

Your account

Access is by invitation code during the beta. One household, one account; everyone in the family shares it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. A wrong date of birth produces a wrong timeline, and we have no way to detect that.

We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or to extract the corpus in bulk.

Changes

We will tell you before these terms change in a way that affects you, rather than after.
